HCB Group Annual Conference 2018
Small changes….BIG impact
The HCB annual conference was held at the magnificent Nutfield Priory Hotel and Spa in Surrey over two days in early November. HCB Staff and Clinical Case Managers were given an enlightening and engaging session by HCB’s Director, Professor Sir Mansel Aylward on “The Social Determinants of Ill Health at Work”. Sessions on communication skills targeting focussed outcomes using behavioural science, nudge theory and motivational interviewing followed over the next 2 days. We were also joined by Stuart Lewis together with some of his colleagues from the Claims Team at MetLife UK in a joint session further extending our Early Intervention partnership.
