Early Intervention is HCB Groups’ core product. It is a service that has evolved over many years, and is underpinned by science, experience, and a passion for keeping people in work. There is now overwhelming evidence that the earlier a Case Manager can be involved in an absence, (even a potential absence) the better and more sustainable the outcome will be. It requires commitment, resolve and determination from all stakeholders, but the results and impact will be notable.

Our process
Our Early Intervention Case Manager service supports employees who experience health related difficulties which lead to an absence from the workplace. HCB’s Case Manager works with both the employer and employee to meet the individuals’ needs and, when the time is right, plan a sustainable return to work.
