HCB STATEMENT & ACTION ON COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) November 2021

At this time HCB’s small office-based team continue to undertake a proportion of their work from home, however our main office is now staffed daily, as allowed by our internal risk assessment and associated Covid safety precautions. Whether in the office or remaining at home all staff continue to follow advice to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

With the UK governments each continuing to address Covid-19 infection rates we continue to provide in person contact between our case managers and their clients alongside our virtual and telephone assessment services.

We will continue to review the situation and current advice to act in the best interests and safety of our clients and staff and will update our statement on the Covid-19 pandemic as necessary.
