Sponsorship with local dance School, Downland Dance

As we celebrate our 30th anniversary with our clients and colleagues, we have been sharing our celebrations with our local community.

We are delighted that through our sponsorship of local dance School, Downland Dance, full or partial bursaries have been awarded to 15 students aged between 4 and 17 years old, including 6 Ukrainian Nationals. The school was inundated with applications, and so spread the funding as far as possible. The School awarded funding based on artistic merit as well as by means testing.

This has enabled students to attend ballet, contemporary and strength and conditioning classes. For some recipients it is their first experience of dance, whilst others are already quite advanced and some students are using the classes to help them prepare for their GCSE dance exams.

It is heart-warming to see such genuine enthusiasm and love for dance, as well as watching the progress of these students.
