Very interesting to read that the recent ‘Healthcare Research 2020’ findings showed that 46% of respondents have increased their organisations’ focus on employee health and wellbeing since Covid-19. This tallies very much with what we at HCB have seen since launching our ‘Returning With You’ service, which was specifically designed with both employers & employees in mind.
