Face to Face Assessments Resume

In line with the ongoing Government programme of restriction easing, we are very pleased to announce that HCB Group will, effective today, be accepting referrals to be carried out on a face to face basis once again. We are completing a new formal risk assessment, and will of course, be mindful that some employers, and some employees may still not be comfortable in a face to face environment in which case we will propose virtual assessments.

As always, we will be taking our duty of care to our Case Managers seriously. We will not be expecting them to undertake face to face assessments in areas that are known to have disproportionately higher virus infection/transmission rates than elsewhere in the country.

We are delighted to be able to take this step closer to normality, to the overall benefit of our clients, and the employees and claimants that we care for on their behalf.
