HCB Case Managers of the Year 2020 & 2021

Last Friday in lieu of our annual Case Managers Conference, which is normally held offsite at a hotel for 2 days we held a virtual conference via zoom.

Following a company update and a presentation from our Physiotherapy partners, Bespoke Wellbeing, we announced our 2020 and 2021 Case Managers of the Year.

We are delighted to share that our 2020 Case Manager of the Year is Melanie Rogers.  HCB Group’s Managing Director, Jim Harris, said:

This year the case manager of the year has been awarded to a team member who exemplifies the qualities we look for from a member of the clinical team, this has been evidenced consistently even under the challenging circumstances we find have found ourselves in over recent times. She works with utmost professionalism to all aspects of her work; she demonstrates a compassionate approach to her work with clients and her documentation standard is consistently platinum standard.

We are also thrilled to share that our 2021 Case Manager of the Year is Vicki Williams.  Jim, Harris, said:

Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic our case managers have showed great resilience and adaptability to new processes and ways of working whilst keeping their clients at the centre of their work. This year’s CM of the Year has embraced any adaptations asked of her and has been eager to develop her practice to meet the needs of the clients she has worked with. When our Long Covid pathway was initially designed she was the first team member to guide employees to access the support available through it and the feedback we have received from clients on her work has been outstanding. She is a key member of the team.

After the presentations, the team enjoyed a virtual wine & cheese tasting.  A fabulous afternoon and evening.  Hopefully, for our next conference we are able to meet in person.
