HCB Group 30th anniversary bursary student in ‘Coppelia’ performance

We were delighted to recently watch local dance school, Downland Dance’s performance of Coppelia. It was a wonderful occasion and amazing to see all the students take part in such a fabulous production.

As part of our 30th anniversary celebrations and our sponsorship of the school, we also saw some students that were awarded a bursary for their tuition take part.

Joanne Pinnell, Mum to student Matilda commented, “I would like to say a massive thank you for funding Matilda this year, I am so grateful. I started Matilda in pre primary two and a half years ago to help with her balance and because she wanted to go. Ballet has helped her balance so much and her also confidence, for which I thank you for. Being on my own is sometimes a bit of a struggle, but with your funding Matilda has kept doing something she really loves. She really enjoyed being in the show and was sad that it is all over.”
