New Partnership with Ergocom

HCB Group are pleased to announce a new Partnership with Ergocom for their work in Transferrable Skills Analysis (TSA).

Established in 2008, Ergocom’s assessment is used to identify an individual’s transferable skills, establish their specific employment profile, and identify jobs consistent with their skill and employment profile.  They have particular expertise in working with more complex cases, including vocational redirection and coaching, and have had excellent results in achieving sustained return to work for these individuals.
